Dr. Salvador Yunez is a physician specializing in phlebology and the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. He has more than 20 years of medical training and clinical experience focused on vein disorders and minimally invasive venous treatments.

He completed his medical education at Universidad La Salle in Mexico and his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.

Dr. Yunez is certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. His professional work includes Endovenous Laser Treatment and other treatments for venous insufficiency and varicose veins. He helped introduce the Closure Procedure in the Midwest in 1999 and Endovenous Laser Treatment in 2001.

He has also served as an instructor in endovenous treatment techniques and has worked as a consultant in venous medicine.
