He is an official national instructor at Endovenous Laser Treatment and an international consultant for South American operations.

Trained at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and South University, he integrates advanced nursing practice with evidence-based medical knowledge to provide comprehensive care.
His clinical interests include diabetes management, chronic disease education, and lifestyle-based interventions.

Dr. Gavin Weltmer is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a strong background in sports medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and completed his Master’s in Sports Medicine and Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, graduating Cum Laude. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Weltmer is known for his patient-centered approach, helping individuals recover from conditions such as neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, and TMJ, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Karen Garrido is a Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive and diverse background in healthcare. Originally from Colombia, she earned her medical degree and completed postgraduate training in General Surgery before continuing her healthcare career in the United States.
After relocating to the U.S., Karen expanded her clinical training through nursing and advanced practice, becoming a Registered Nurse and later earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
